Can you manufacture both prototypes and production quantities?

Yes. We support prototype, low-volume and batch production.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

The manufacturing approach for a prototype and a production order is generally similar, but production quantities allow additional process optimization. For larger batches, we can optimize tool selection, machining parameters, workholding, inspection methods and production sequences to improve efficiency and consistency.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

Production capacity depends heavily on part size, complexity, material and quantity. A small and relatively simple component may be suitable for high-volume production, while a large or highly complex component may require substantially more machining time.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

For this reason, we evaluate the actual drawing and quantity before confirming production capacity and lead time.

If you have an engineering drawing or 3D model, send it to our team together with the required quantity and application information. Yes. Can you sign an NDA before receiving technical drawings?

Can you maintain consistency between production batches?
Yes. Do you offer EXW or FOB pricing?

Under EXW, the buyer generally takes responsibility for arranging transportation from the supplier's facility.
