If you have an engineering drawing or 3D model, send it to our team together with the required quantity and application information. Our engineers can review the component and evaluate the material, machining process, tolerances, surface treatment and inspection requirements.

For example, if you know that you need a corrosion-resistant stainless steel component but are unsure whether 316L, another stainless steel grade, passivation or PVD coating is most appropriate, we can review the application requirements and discuss suitable options.

The more information you can provide about the component's function, operating environment and quantity, the more useful our engineering feedback can be.

However, different industries may have very different requirements for materials, traceability, inspection, documentation and regulatory compliance.

For example, a component used in a medical device may require different documentation from a motorsport component, even if both are manufactured from the same material.
